Job Summary

The Expeditor (Expo) ensures that every guest receives craveable food quickly and accurately by coordinating kitchen and dining room flow for both dine-in and takeout orders.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is delivered fresh and meets ticket time standards

• Coordinate table visits with a manager when needed to exceed guest expectations

• Send accurate and complete orders to guests at tables

• Ensure that restroom checks are completed as scheduled

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred

• Valid Food Handler's Card (where applicable)

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment

• Ability to learn and perform side work duties required each shift

• Knowledge of all cleaning chemicals used in the restaurant

• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to staff, management, and guests

• Understanding of the English language

• Excellent customer service skills and professional etiquette

• Flexibility to work various shifts

• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and frequently bend, reach, and twist
