Overview

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead and support our customer-facing service team both in-house and on route. This role involves supervising team members who provide exceptional customer service, manage sales, and handle pick-up and delivery of products. The Service Supervisor ensures that Cintas customers receive high-quality service efficiently, while also maintaining excellent internal operations and compliance.

This is a middle-management position with direct supervisory and leadership accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team to ensure excellent customer service and product quality.

• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate team members to optimize performance.

• Drive a company-owned vehicle to customer sites and assist the team with lifting, carrying, and walking in and out of customer accounts.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and handle renewals of customer contracts.

• Increase internal sales and maintain an efficient route structure.

• Ensure driver compliance and adherence to company policies and safety standards.

• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to foster professional growth and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) or provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs, including:

  • Active driver’s license

  • Minimum age of 21 years

  • DOT medical certification

  • Documentation of previous employment history

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a sales-related role.

• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry.

• Training or instructor experience.
