Responsibilities
Build and manage your regional book of business with independent retail stores as the in-market face of RepRally.
Introduce new accounts to the platform while developing and expanding relationships with existing customers.
Advise retailers on our catalog, including emerging brands and high-value store incentives.
Stay current on new products and pitching strategies through regular brand-led training sessions.
Secure and submit sales orders through the RepRally app to consistently hit your targets.
Partner with leadership on account planning, deal reviews, and closing tactics to accelerate order volume.
Address customer inquiries in real time and collaborate with operations to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Skills
Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to learn the RepRally app quickly and begin opening new accounts.
Comfortable meeting customers in person to drive relationships and sales.
Professional phone etiquette for handling customer questions when remote communication is needed.
Multilingual ability is a plus.
