Overview
Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead and support our customer-facing service team both in-house and on route. This role involves supervising team members who provide exceptional customer service, manage sales, and handle pick-up and delivery of products. The Service Supervisor ensures that Cintas customers receive high-quality service efficiently, while also maintaining excellent internal operations and compliance.
This is a middle-management position with direct supervisory and leadership accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the service team to ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
Hire, train, develop, and evaluate team members to optimize performance.
Drive a company-owned vehicle to customer sites and assist the team with lifting, carrying, and walking in and out of customer accounts.
Maintain strong customer relationships and handle renewals of customer contracts.
Increase internal sales and maintain an efficient route structure.
Ensure driver compliance and adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Provide coaching and guidance to team members to foster professional growth and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) or provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs, including:
Active driver’s license
Minimum age of 21 years
DOT medical certification
Documentation of previous employment history
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a sales-related role.
Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry.
Training or instructor experience.
