What You’ll Do as a Crew Member:
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming dining experience.
Work all stations: register, grill, fry, food prep, and clean-up — we cross-train so you're ready for anything.
Prepare and assemble food orders with care and accuracy using fresh, high-quality ingredients (we don’t even have freezers!).
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following food safety protocols.
Be a team player in a loud, open-kitchen environment — great communication is key!
Contribute to our Secret Shopper Bonus Program, where every team member has the chance to earn cash bonuses based on performance.
Bring energy, positivity, and a love for burgers and classic rock (yes, singing along is encouraged!).

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen
Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction
Basic math and cash handling skills
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
