Job Summary

The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items to company specifications. This role ensures all dishes are prepared in accordance with standardized recipes while maintaining high safety and sanitation standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to recipe and presentation standards

• Plate dishes following chef’s instructions

• Set up, operate, break down, and clean kitchen equipment

• Assist with dishwashing, floor cleaning, equipment maintenance, and sanitization as needed

• Follow kitchen sanitation and food safety protocols

Job Requirements

• No prior experience required — we provide training

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Current Food Handler's Card where applicable (we can assist with this)

• Strong interest in food and attention to detail

• Ability to learn the full menu and recipe standards

• Understanding of chemical usage in the kitchen

• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as bending and reaching
