Job Summary
Support restaurant operations for both dine-in and takeout services
Clean and reset tables, run food, and assist with side work
Help with catering orders and delivery when required
Provide personalized and exceptional guest experiences
Job Responsibilities
Guide guests through the takeout and catering ordering process
Understand the full restaurant menu to assist guests with choices
Review orders with guests or delivery drivers to ensure accuracy
Deliver excellent hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
Clear, clean, and sanitize tables and bus tubs to the kitchen dishwashing area
Restock and maintain restaurant stations
Understand the seating layout and server areas for food delivery
Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout orders
Job Requirements
No prior experience required; training will be provided
Strong customer service skills and professional etiquette
Ability to operate kitchen and beverage equipment
Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures
Current Food Handler’s Card preferred or willingness to obtain
Strong communication and multitasking skills
