Job Description

A Warehouse Team Member plays a vital role in supporting efficient warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfillment. The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse tasks, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, picking orders, packing products, and preparing items for distribution. As a key part of warehouse workflow, the Warehouse Team Member ensures that daily operations run smoothly, accurately, and safely.

The primary duties of a Warehouse Team Member include unloading trucks, checking product accuracy, scanning inventory, and placing materials in the correct storage locations. The Warehouse Team Member works alongside other warehouse staff to maintain proper inventory levels and support efficient stock movement. A skilled Warehouse Team Member follows warehouse procedures, updates inventory systems, and ensures that products are handled with care.

Daily responsibilities may include retrieving items for orders, preparing shipments, labeling packages, and organizing pallets. The Warehouse Team Member must ensure that all items are picked correctly and packaged securely before they leave the warehouse. Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Member or in warehouse, logistics, stocking, or order fulfillment roles

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift

• Familiarity with scanners, warehouse systems, and basic inventory procedures

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse environments

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Reliability and strong work ethic

• Commitment to safety standards and proper warehouse practices

• Basic computer or data-entry skills

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
