Qualifications and Skills:

• Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house teams.

• Culinary education or equivalent experience in food preparation is preferred.
