Overview

Cintas is seeking a Service Manager to lead and manage our customer-facing Service team. This role is responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and development to the team while ensuring that customer service, sales, and operational goals are achieved. The Service Manager also actively participates in daily service activities, providing hands-on support as needed to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall performance of the Service team through hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.

• Foster a safe, productive, and collaborative working environment.

• Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Train the team on effective sales techniques and operational best practices.

• Perform hands-on support by accompanying service representatives or visiting customers alone, assisting with pick-up and delivery of products and services.

• Drive a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations as required.

• Lift, carry, and transport Cintas products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining exceptional customer service and goodwill.

• Achieve sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals while managing budgets and operational issues.

• Perform managerial duties including scheduling, compliance monitoring, and operational reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Management experience in a service or industrial environment.

• Experience in sales or customer service.

• Availability to start within two weeks of job offer acceptance.
