We are currently seeking seeking a Deputy Senior Program Manager to support our Army customer. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Deputy Senior Program Manager is responsible supporting the Senior Program Manager in providing leadership and supervision for 49 personnel providing technical, analytical, and administrative support to the Deputy Assistance Secretary of the Army for Defense Export and Compliance (DASA DE&C). The Deputy Senior Program Manager will lead foreign military sales, security cooperation, and armaments cooperation activities routinely interacting with foreign military leaders. This position also entails planning, programming, budgeting, and developing policy and regulatory guidance for Army worldwide security cooperation. The Deputy Senior Program Manager assumes the role of Senior Program Manager in their absence.

Required Education and Experience:

The Deputy Senior Program Manager will at a minimum possess a Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of either security assistance and/or armaments cooperation experience. Requirement for Bachelor's degree can be waived if candidate has had at least ten (10) years of applied security assistance experience while serving as a uniformed member of the armed forces or a US government employee.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements.This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
