As an Intelligence Analyst, you will support national security missions by analyzing complex datasets, developing actionable intelligence assessments, and providing insights that inform operational and strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with collection managers, mission planners, and technical experts to produce high-quality analytic products for senior government customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, research, and analyze intelligence information from multiple classified and open-source datasets.
Evaluate the reliability, significance, and relevance of incoming intelligence reports.
Produce daily, weekly, and ad hoc intelligence summaries, threat assessments, and situational reports (SITREPs).
Identify trends, patterns, and indicators related to adversary capabilities, intentions, and emerging threats.
Support all-source, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, or OSINT fusion depending on mission requirements.
Develop and deliver briefings, written assessments, and data visualizations for senior government and military audiences.
Collaborate with intelligence collectors, data scientists, and systems engineers to refine analytic tools and methods.
Maintain awareness of geopolitical, military, and technological developments relevant to assigned mission areas.
Participate in classified working groups, watch operations, and crisis response activities as required.
Ensure all analysis and reporting meet Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 standards for analytic tradecraft.
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI security clearance (polygraph may be required).
Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Security Studies, or related field.
3–8 years of experience performing intelligence analysis in a DoD or IC environment.
Strong understanding of intelligence cycle, analytic tradecraft, and collection management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce concise, accurate intelligence products.
Proficiency with classified research tools, databases, and analytic systems (e.g., JWICS, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, TAC, or similar).
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and handle multiple priorities.
Desired / Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree or specialized training in intelligence analysis or regional/military studies.
Experience in one or more of the following domains:
Counterterrorism (CT)
Counterintelligence (CI)
Cyber Threat Intelligence
Space or Missile Threat Analysis
Geospatial or Technical Intelligence (GEOINT/SIGINT)
Familiarity with data analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) or AI/ML-assisted intelligence analysis.
Prior experience supporting combatant commands (COCOMs), Joint Intelligence Operations Centers (JIOCs), or national agencies (NSA, NGA, DIA, NRO).
Ability to brief senior leaders and produce polished, visually supported intelligence products.
