About the Role
The Shift Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running efficient, high-quality shifts and ensuring Jimmy John's standards are met. As a Shift Manager, you'll lead the team, provide great customer service, and keep operations smooth and safe in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Team Members to ensure all shift duties are completed
Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
Lead by example with a friendly attitude and positive energy
Provide coaching, direction, and support to team members
Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and security standards are followed
Multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
Delegate tasks effectively and motivate the team to work together
Solve problems quickly and take ownership of decisions
Communicate clearly with management, team members, and customers
Champion teamwork, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence
