Project Integrator

Job Overview:

Arcfield delivers advanced engineering, integration, and digital transformation solutions for critical national security missions. The Project Integrator serves as a key liaison between government leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across program objectives, schedules, and deliverables.

In this role, you’ll manage integration across multiple projects and functional areas—tracking progress, coordinating technical and operational dependencies, and ensuring that complex mission initiatives stay synchronized and on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and integrate project activities across engineering, acquisition, and operations teams to ensure cohesive mission delivery.

• Develop, maintain, and report on project schedules, milestones, and dependencies.

• Support program planning, execution reviews, and readiness assessments for major technical initiatives.

• Prepare and present status briefings, dashboards, and decision packages for senior leadership.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among multiple contractors, government offices, and mission partners.

• Track action items, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with program priorities.

• Support change control and configuration management activities to maintain consistency across integrated efforts.

• Document and streamline integration processes to improve program efficiency and information flow.

• Provide insight and recommendations to leadership regarding project integration challenges, schedule impacts, or resource conflicts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Systems Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance (polygraph may be required depending on assignment).

• 5+ years of experience supporting project or program integration in a DoD or Intelligence Community environment.

• Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects or initiatives simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of program management principles, scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and risk management.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired / Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA certification.

• Experience supporting acquisition lifecycle or systems engineering programs.

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Experience working in classified environments or supporting government acquisition programs.

• Ability to develop and present executive-level briefings.

• Understanding of DoD 5000, IC directives, and government oversight processes.
