Job Overview:
Arcfield is a leading provider of mission solutions in systems engineering, integration, and digital transformation for national security and defense customers. As a Systems Integrator, you will work in a dynamic, classified environment supporting government programs to ensure the seamless integration of complex mission systems across hardware, software, and network domains.
You'll serve as the bridge between engineering teams, program management, and government stakeholders to synchronize system capabilities, schedules, and interfaces across multiple contractors and mission partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate system integration activities across multiple subsystems, contractors, and mission domains.
Work with system engineers, developers, and analysts to ensure interoperability and data exchange between systems.
Develop and maintain interface control documents (ICDs), data flow diagrams, and system architecture products.
Manage the integration schedule, dependencies, and configuration control processes.
Support test planning and execution, including end-to-end mission demonstrations, readiness reviews, and acceptance testing.
Identify and track risks, issues, and technical gaps impacting system integration and mission delivery.
Facilitate technical exchange meetings (TEMs) and integration working groups with government and contractor teams.
Provide technical assessments and recommendations to leadership on integration status, technical performance, and system readiness.
Support the transition of capabilities from development to operational environments, including deployment planning and sustainment handover.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Active Top Secret / SCI clearance (polygraph may be required depending on program).
5+ years of experience in systems integration, systems engineering, or mission systems support.
Strong understanding of system interfaces, data flows, and network architectures.
Experience with requirements management, configuration management, and verification/validation processes.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple teams and technical disciplines.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Desired / Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) programs.
Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (e.g., Cameo, MagicDraw, or Sparx EA).
Working knowledge of DoDAF, UAF, or enterprise architecture frameworks.
Understanding of Agile, DevSecOps, or digital engineering practices.
Experience with cloud-based or hybrid mission systems integration.
Background in space, satellite, or C4ISR system integration a plus.
